Welcome to China Buffet
We are a family-owned restaurant, owned and managed by Chef Sammie Jiang and Chef Steven Hu.
We were both immigrants from China looking to start our own business, which led us to the China Buffet. Our specialty is a delicious buffet-style Chinese cuisine created with ingenuity and passion inspired by the fantastic flavors of China itself.
